The Red House maintains waiting lists for artists who are interested in being featured as our SpotLight Artist, as well as for those who wish to rent a studio or gallery wall / shelf space. Note that these are two separate forms. Scroll down the page to get to the Gallery/Studio wait list form!

You MUST be a current, dues-paying SVAL member to join and remain on the Wait List! Non-members and members whose dues lapse will be removed from the list. If you aren't a member and want to be on the list, you can Join Now!

Please note that opportunities for available space are curated by Red House personnel, to ensure we maintain a diverse and complimentary collection of artwork. For example, we try not to put two artists with similar work side-by-side. As a result, the Wait Lists are not strictly first-come-first-served, but we DO consider an artist's position on the list, as well as their medium, style of work, etc. 

Joining the Wait List does not constitute a commitment on your part. We will contact you as opportunities open, and will provide you with current rates and terms at that time for your consideration.
